Tobacco Service & Legal Compliance

By submitting this request, the event organizer acknowledges and agrees that any handcrafted tobacco prepared or provided as part of this service is intended solely for adult guests who are 21 years of age or older, in compliance with Florida and federal tobacco laws. The service provider will verify age and will not sell, gift, or furnish tobacco to any person under 21.

If the event package includes tobacco available for guest consumption, the organizer further agrees that on‑site smoking or vaping of tobacco is permitted only in areas authorized by the event venue and applicable Florida laws governing enclosed indoor workplaces and smoking restrictions. It is the organizer’s responsibility to ensure that the chosen venue allows tobacco use in the designated area and that all venue rules are followed.

The organizer confirms that the service provider holds or operates under any required Florida Retail Tobacco Products Dealer permit or other applicable licenses for the sale or provision of tobacco at the event location, and understands that all tobacco-related services are subject to such permits remaining valid and in good standing.
